  1. Necesito traducir mis documentos académicos para ser presentados a las autoridades migratorias en Canada, pero me dicen que la traducción requiere de la firma de un affidavit ante notario. Según lo que leo en su página, esto no sería necesario en el caso de una traducción realizada por un traductor jurado en españa? Canada esta al tanto de ello? o caemos en unos de esos agujeros internacionales en los que no hay comunicación?

    Nuestra empresa está constituida por traductores jurados reconocidos por el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores, las traducciones firmadas y selladas por los traductores jurados deben ser admitidas a trámites en Canadá, no obstante cada institución se reserva el derecho de solicitar algún requisito adicional como puede ser un affidavit o declaración jurada ante notario.

  4. El año que viene viajaremos en avión a Sudáfrica con una urna funeraria con restos humanos incinerados. Tanto las aerolíneas como la Embajada de Sudáfrica me han informado de que el único requisito para ello es llevar el certificado de defunción y el certificado de incineración. La embajada me ha aconsejado llevar estos documentos en inglés traducidos por un traductor jurado. MI pregunta es si cuando estén traducidos debo acudir al organismo correspondiente para que me lo sellen, y de esta manera hacerlo oficial o con la traducción jurada ya es suficiente?

  5. Buenas tardes, en principio si los documentos que tiene que aportar están debidamente legalizados o apostillados con la traducción jurada debería ser suficiente. Si lo desea nos puede hacer llegar los documentos por correo electrónicos y nosotros le informaremos si precisa de algún trámite o sólo deberá es necesario hacer la traducción jurada
